Choose a course or degree for your career

Choose a short course when you need a specific skill or career certificate. Choose a university major when its career links and degree bonuses fit your longer plan; Charterhouse has its own admission and boarding fees.

Start with your intended career on Jobs, then match its required skill to a course or major. A course's skill link tells you what it teaches; its career link tells you which named career receives certificate support. Courses with a skill link and an empty career link still offer that skill's lessons.

Money Smart costs ₦1,000 per class and ₦5,000 for all 5 classes, making it the cheapest short course. Chef costs ₦1,500 per class and ₦7,500 in total, and supports Cooking and the Chef career. Choose Chef for that career link and Money Smart for a lower-cost Hustle course.

Software Developer costs ₦3,000 per class and ₦15,000 for all 5 classes, and links Coding to Tech. Civil Engineer has the same per-class and total fees and teaches Coding with a skill-only link. Fashion Designer is another skill-only course, teaching Hustle. Lawyer links Charisma to Law; Banker and Real Estate Pro link Charisma to their named careers. Doctor and Pilot teach Fitness, Musician / Artiste teaches Music, and Journalist / Broadcaster teaches Comedy. Entrepreneur links Hustle to Trading.

Each class takes 45 game minutes. At UNILAG, open Courses, choose the course and attend a class; read its notes and pass its quiz before moving to the next class. You can attend up to 2 new classes per game day. The total budget includes all 5 class payments. Check each class quote before enrolling; your personal price tier can change the charge. A certificate for the relevant career lowers its entry skill requirement by 1 level, down to a minimum requirement of level 1.

Computer Science takes 4 years and links Coding to Tech. Accounting also takes 4 years and links Hustle to Banking, Trading and Retail, giving you more named career choices from that major. Choose the major whose actual career list includes the path you intend to enter, then use Skills to plan your regular training.

How do degree classes affect work?

First Class Honours adds a 20% degree pay bonus; Second Class Upper (2:1) adds 12%; Second Class Lower (2:2) adds 6%; Third Class adds 3%. Work in a career linked to your major adds another 5 percentage points. First Class and 2:1 graduates enter at the second career rank. A First Class degree in a linked career therefore gives a 25% degree bonus. These effects apply alongside the job's grade and completed shift; Jobs explains the base pay comparison.

At University of Lagos, use Apply & Matriculate to choose your student plan. Campus options include lectures, tutorials, semester exams, fee payment and the results portal. The listed school-fee action costs ₦20,000 and takes 15 game minutes. Evening Tutorial Class costs ₦500 and takes 45 game minutes; use its activity menu to check your current entry condition.

For training between classes, Jog Round the Track trains Fitness and Read in the Main Library trains Charisma. Campus food and hall activities let you handle needs during the student routine. Read the activity's own menu when a class, exam or hall action has an entry condition.

Can I live in the university hostel?

Hall of Residence in UNILAG, Akoka is for enrolled UNILAG students. Its base rent is ₦1,200 per game week. Enroll at the Senate Building before choosing the hostel; graduates move on from student halls. Compare other weekly rents and room options on Homes.

What does Charterhouse cost?

Pay the name-down registration fee separately, then budget tuition plus the boarding addition for each term. A term lasts 3 real days; renew by term or choose the remaining-term payment option offered in Admissions.

Senior full boarding has a ₦17,500,000 base term budget: ₦11,000,000 tuition plus ₦6,500,000 boarding, with the separate name-down fee still to pay. When the payment quote offers paying through to leaving, the remaining-term fees receive a 10% discount. Check the number of terms and the quoted total before confirming.

Child-age entry uses elapsed real days. The school's entry plan also has a ₦1,000,000,000 net-worth requirement, and children below Year 5 use day boarding.
